By creating an account or using Unify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Unify is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or that the Service will be free of errors.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Refunds may be issued within 7 days of a billing date if requested by emailing support@unify.app. No refunds will be issued after 7 days.
The 15-day free trial will not be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial.

Unify and its associated trademarks, logos, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
