Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Unify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Unify is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted service, or that the Service will be free of errors.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your API keys, proxy tokens, Client ID, and Client Secret secure
• All usage of your account, authorized or not
• Any API costs, charges, or fees incurred through your proxy tokens
• Ensuring your use complies with the terms of your upstream API providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe, etc.)
• Promptly revoking any credentials you believe have been compromised

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Unify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to:

• API costs or overages incurred due to compromised or leaked keys
• Security breaches resulting from user error or third-party actions
• Data loss, service interruption, or loss of business
• Any damages arising from unauthorized use of your credentials

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Refunds may be issued within 7 days of a billing date if requested by emailing support@unify.app. No refunds will be issued after 7 days.

The 15-day free trial will not be charged. You may cancel at any time during the trial.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Abuse the proxy infrastructure (excessive requests, scraping, DDoS)
• Violate the terms of upstream API providers
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay after the trial period ends

Unify and its associated trademarks, logos, and software remain the property of their respective owners. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email where possible.
